I would like to explore Wyrm/Wyvern iconography. There is something very appealing about crocodiles and I think it would be cool to explore how their anatomy might exist in other worlds. I have always been drawn to fantasy design, and wonder how the creatures of worlds with elemental magic might have adapted for or to their environment, and how that manifests physically. I think making something that flies would be really near in terms of rigging, so I want to see what ways I could make an animal float without wings. I would rather explore flying than walking because it feels more engaging, especially for dragons, and I feel like it could be fun to explore the movements of a soaring animal. I want to make them kind of cute while still having the angled anatomy that makes them a little intimidating. I am hoping to make at least 2, since they're gonna be kind of complicated, and each would have a different base anatomy to display that they are different species of dragon. I am not yet sure about color schemes or skin, since I can't tell if I'd like them better with fantastical color palletes or realistic ones. Either way, I am going to explore the free blender textures to give them more intrigue and will see which presets can be edited best for these two animals. Overall, I want them to be friendly, cute, anatomical, and engaging without distracting the viewer from it's place in the scene.
